Becoming Financially Exceptional

Remember that 7 out of 10 of you are living paycheck to paycheck. This statistic knows no bounds. Whether you make 50K or 500K, if you don't learn how to manage your money you will be facing financial mediocrity. This is the average- the norm. Why would you want to stay average?

Sharing My Passion

My name is Rachel. I have been married for 14 years and am the mother of 4 children. I admit that I have always been a geek when it comes to money (just ask my husband). As a teenager I loved to balance my checkbook and plan out what to do with my money. Unfortunately, I married into the student loan debt my husband was carrying. Then came the car loan we got when our first daughter was born. I got to the point that I was tired of being broke every month after the bills were paid. So we began our journey to become debt free. My husband initially thought I was crazy, but soon saw the things that were happening and jumped on board. After a very long, nearly 2 1/2 years and some setbacks, in December 2009 we achieved that goal!

Now I have embarked on a new journey as a financial coach to share my passion and knowledge to help those in need succeed with their money. In reading this blog may you find hope and inspiration to change your financial destiny! Change is difficult but worth paying the price to have peace in your life.

What is Financial Coaching? Is it right for you?

There are many levels of gaining financial information from reading a book from the library to taking a class. Financial coaching is the most hands-on, comprehensive and detailed approach out there. I will help you develop a plan tailored to your financial situation. You may be facing bankruptcy, foreclosure or harassing creditors and don't know where to turn. Or maybe you need help with a plan to be more efficient in building wealth or just have general questions about money management.
